Outsource your life… or some parts of it
That's what Tim Ferris talks about in his book, the Four Hour Workweek. I really do buy into that concept and I have been exploring ways to outsource some mundane tasks I have to take care of.
I found this interesting looking service that may help me in my quest to develop content and an ebook, not that I don't want it to be written by me. I just don't want to type content up all day.
The service I discovered is not all that special, I mean you can use Elance or Rent A Coder to do similar but they seem to be on demand which I like.
The service I discovered is Transcribe-Now.com and they transcribe anything on demand which can be really valuable for training calls, conference call, or if you want to dictate a ebook. I like the ebook idea just because those goof ball softwares like Dragon Dictate don't work well if you go into a rant.
My ideas flow and I sometimes get excited and talk to fast for the software to track my words. I especially like the idea of having it transcribed because I can put together a bunch of recordings using Audacity or Adobe Audition and create a infoproduct out of it.
I'll be using this service to create some content for one of my sites in the near future. Perhaps something long that I can then chop up and use as multiple articles… that's a winning idea!
