Let me explain, I meant to post them and got caught up working on a Google Pay Per Click campaign for 2 clients as well as a developing landing pages with multivariable testing and keyword insertion based on incoming link.

Then December happened so quickly and I was off to Orlando for Tony Robbins Date With Destiny seminar.

I had a kick as time at the event, connected with some awesome people and discovered some more about myself. Things I didn't even realize till it came at me like a ton of bricks.

While this blog is not about my personal life I can't help but want to share how I plan to shift this blog and my online activities all from going to a personal development (for lack of a better definition) event. I realized I need to incorporate lots more video of my own into my sites, specifically my SEO sites. I have decided to do the talking head videos as well as the desktop capture videos with instruction regarding SEO, SEM and Pay Per Click.

My outcome is to develop authority in this space as well as have a reference of helpful content for my clients. Originally I was just going to review other marketing and SEO related material and write up reviews and commentary on what I see.

I never got around to that and I'm kicking myself for not doing that.

So, this blog and some of my other sites will be changing for the best with actionable, technical, easy to implement advice, tactics and startagies that can really help with online marketing and search engine ranking. I've been doing this for clients for close to 5 years now and it's time to reveal so of what I have learned.

That said, here is a great "trick" to use with Google, I will put together a more comprehensive video on the uses of this trick but just getting an inderstanding of what is revealed is lots.

Next time you do a search for a keyword that may have many simiar meanings use the TILDE ~ before the keyword and you will get a varied list of results.

As an Example, if you entered Marketing with the tilde before the word… like so.. ~marketing

You would get a result that highlights other words such as media and communications, this is called LSI or Latent Semantic Indexing which basically is the technology Google uses to identify the theme of content. By understanding what Google displays, it's easy to know what words are expected to be used on your site's content. I would have never thought media as an example.

So, this is just an example of the type of content I will be posting and the new focus many of my existing websites will be employing.
